Sarah started her fitness journey about 2 years ago. After struggling with her weight she finally got determined and lost a total of 41 lbs! Once the weight was off it was time to get strong. PiYo! It was the perfect fit. Using your own body to gain strength and flexibility. After taking the classes for about a year she decided to dive head first into teaching! She wants to help others realize what they are capable of and guide them on their journey. She is PiYo Live certified as well as a certified Group Fitness Instructor.
