Low impact, High Fun!
Michelle B. is passionate about helping people discover alternative ways of being active that are fun, playful, and unique. She believes that fitness should not feel like a chore, but rather a way to incorporate movement into your life that leaves you feeling excited, strong, and confident! This passion comes from several years of personally discovering happiness through alternative fitness practices such as hula-hoop dance, acrobatic yoga, rock climbing, aerial arts, fire dancing, and pole. Michelle is so excited to be able to create a safe and inclusive space in Eau Claire for women to come and explore their inner confidence and strength through this empowering form of alternative fitness.

Are you looking to explore what pole fitness is all about, but hesitant to take a class because you don’t think it is something you can do? This course is specifically designed for the absolute beginner to come and explore the benefits of pole fitness without even having to leave the ground. The focus of this course is to be a non-intimidating, low impact, and playful class where we allow ourselves to tap into our inner confidence with other women and leave class feeling sexy and empowered! Classes will begin with a 15-20 minute warm-up that stretches and warms your muscles. Over the course of 6 weeks we will focus on movement that is fun and sexy, including walks, turns, dips, floor work, and even some chair dance moves.

Prerequisites: No upper body strength or fitness background is required. Come play with us!
