“I grew up in Vermont, and I’ve been in Wisconsin for the past two years. I’ve been in the Army for the last 20 years, and I’ve lived in 12 states and 3 countries. I’ve been designing and implementing needs based strength, conditioning, and rehabilitation programs for the past 12 years.I have two daughters, who are 13 and 9. In my spare time I enjoy kayaking, hiking, biking, reading, learning, eating, and hunting.

Ruck It – (9-11am , 1st Sunday of the month, starting in May)
