Kettlebell AMPD takes heart-pumping music and your favorite kettlebell moves and combines them into calorie-torching fun!  Each song concentrates on a main area, while still maintaining a whole-body routine.   Weights vary anywhere from 5-15lbs, so the workout can be adjusted and moves modified to suit your individual needs. Anyone can take this class! The music is diverse, and our moves are simple and easy to learn.

Level 2 is an addition to continuation of Level 1 when you have moved from focus on mechanics of the foundational moves to comfortably layer movements with a bit more complexity. There is much to learn, cycling on a 4 week schedule aligned with Level 1, the full Level 2 curriculum is taught over 16 weeks, consecutively throughout the year. There is no need to ‘start at the beginning’ of a series, everyone is welcome to begin attending this session when you consult with instructors for pointers.

This jam is for students to practice and condition on their own. Students are required to have taken pole classes with us in the past or can inquire for teacher approval If they have trained elsewhere…10 spots total in class, double up on poles… Students are responsible for their own warm-up & cool down. Teacher is available to assist with any questions, feedback and spotting.

Beginner (Level 1)—This 4 week series will teach you all the basics of pole dance from walks and spins to climbs and choreo. Warm ups and conditioning practices help you build a solid foundation of strength for proper engagement and safety. As always, progressions and regressions are provided to allow you to grow at your own pace. Taking level 1 more than once is encouraged. This series is a pre-requisite to level 2 series. Limited to 5 students

Intermediate (Level 2)—In this 4 week series we will expand on the foundation of flow and tricks in level 1 as we start to build strength and endurance for more challenging variations of the basics. This is where we start to practice basic inversions on the pole. Because of the difficulty of the moves and the fast paced choreo we do have a pre-requisite in order to register for this series. Limited to 5 students.
Pre-requisites: At least one round of Level 1 and teacher approval.
