Pilates// Ballet Infusion is an all inclusive, dynamic, and multifaceted course designed to improve your overall body connectivity. The focus of this class is designed to help participants learn how to move, strengthen and stretch their whole body using their own body weight and the fundamentals of pilates and ballet to improve posture, muscle tone, balance, coordination, flexibility, and body awareness. Classes will be tailored to the abilities, goals and desires of each member.
Low Impact Strength + StretchPiYo combines the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility advantages of yoga. And, we crank up the speed to deliver a true fat-burning, low-impact workout that leaves your body looking long, lean, and incredibly defined.
Cardio + WeightsKettlebell AMPD takes heart-pumping music and your favorite kettlebell moves and combines them into calorie-torching fun! Each song concentrates on a main area, while still maintaining a whole-body routine. Weights vary anywhere from 5-15lbs, so the workout can be adjusted and moves modified to suit your individual needs. Anyone can take this class! The music is diverse, and our moves are simple and easy to learn.

Country Kick-line dancing for all levels. Cupid Shuffle and Electric Slide are definitely on the list! 45 min. Come learn and have FUN! Boots and hat are optional.

This class welcomes to enjoy some exciting ways to move that will make them feel sex, free, feminine and dirty in all the best ways. This class experience is designed to work your whole body as you wine your wait, arch your back, learn to twerk your booty, and fire up your thighs all at the same time. Wear what you feel comfortable in, whether that be provocative or conservative and get ready to shake it.
YogaCandlelight Yoga is a restorative and slow paced yoga flow. Relax the mind in the candlelight and warm the soul. Available for all levels.

Moon Meditation is aimed to help participants increase and balance their energy levels and quality of life by increasing overall mind body and universal awareness of the energies around and within each of us. Each session is carefully sequenced with that class day’s current moon cycle in order to create the most positively energized effect through a combination of posture, breath work, visualization, and meditation.
Beginner Belly Dancing
Belly DancingEach class consist of detailed instruction of two foundational belly dance moves (and/or a review of a subset), plus time to test out all the elements of this fun, energetic, empowering, improvisational dance style. A carefully crafted, carefree opportunity to try out this fundamentally feminine dance style with the comfort of a supportive, encouraging experience.
Level 2 Belly Dancing
Belly DancingLevel 2 is an addition to continuation of Level 1 when you have moved from focus on mechanics of the foundational moves to comfortably layer movements with a bit more complexity. There is much to learn, cycling on a 4 week schedule aligned with Level 1, the full Level 2 curriculum is taught over 16 weeks, consecutively throughout the year. There is no need to ‘start at the beginning’ of a series, everyone is welcome to begin attending this session when you consult with instructors for pointers.
Level 3 Belly Dancing
Belly DancingLevel 3 is for the Lasa Anahata Tribal student who is intending to continue work on Level 2 moves, has clear aspirations to dance (and has been with L.A.T.), as well as has created an open channel of discussion with the L.A.T. instructors consulting on dance goals.
