Interval + WeightsHeld downstairs. Hard Core is a higher intensity class that you can ease into. You will be introduced to weights, cardio, plyometrics and calisthenics. Don’t be intimidated! You’ll love the results 30 minutes is all you need!
Cardio + Weights + StretchKettlebell AMPD takes heart-pumping music and your favorite kettlebell moves and combines them into calorie-torching fun! Each song concentrates on a main area, while still maintaining a whole-body routine. Weights vary anywhere from 5-15lbs, so the workout can be adjusted and moves modified to suit your individual needs. Anyone can take this class! The music is diverse, and our moves are simple and easy to learn.
Cardio + Weights
AMPD Power Flow is the newest fitness format that will give you a workout experience like never before. This program, created by Kettlebell AMPD, fuses together kettlebells, resistance bands, and yoga inspired movements. AMPD Power Flow delivers a calorie burning low impact workout that will help you gain strength, balance, and flexibility, all while moving to fun, flowy music.
Accessible to everyone and all fitness levels.
Explore the possibilities of your body in this beginner’s flexibility training. In this course you’ll learn various stretches and poses to increase flexibility over time. Set goals each week and learn new techniques to help you safely obtain them. No experience necessary. Wear easy to move in clothes such as yoga pants and a T-shirt. Study guides are provided but you are encouraged to bring a pen and notebook.
Basic Yoga Flow
This slow flow class is a great way to end your evening. Come ready to move, breathe, and let go of the stress of the day. You will enjoy basic poses while linking breath and movement in a slower paced sequence of sun salute and other postures
