Originally Faith started participating in fitness classes in hopes of making cardio workouts more enjoyable. She quickly fell in love with Insanity and thought she could help others enjoy cardio too. Faith is all about efficient & effective workouts. She teaches Insanity and Core Conditioning. Faith creates a positive & upbeat environment for people to work harder than they ever have, while having more fun than they thought possible. Insanity description:Insanity is a cardio bodyweight class that consists of short bursts of self-paced exercises. Each exercise is done for 30-60 seconds. The focus is to burn fat and create lean muscle by taking the heart-rate up & down repeatedly.
