As an experienced runner and an RRCA Certified Running Coach I know what gets tight and what will help to keep you running your best while reducing the risk of injury. Personal PRs include a sub 3:00 marathon and a 17:44 5K (Quite a few years ago:-) The class will emphasize lower body flexibility and balance, core strength and mental focus. Expect to have fun too!
